Who we are

The Good Life Collective is a wellness brand that runs on the HOO telehealth platform. The Good Life Collective does not provide medical services. Care is provided by independent licensed providers, and prescriptions are filled by licensed US pharmacies. When you start an online visit, the clinical platform's terms, telehealth consent and privacy practices apply.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and located in Florida or Georgia. Eligibility for any program is decided by a licensed provider.

Compounded medications

Some products are compounded by state-licensed 503A pharmacies for an individual patient. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Availability of compounded products can change with FDA policy.

Pricing

Prices on this site are in US dollars and may change. The price shown at checkout in the online visit is the price that applies.

Intellectual property

The The Good Life Collective name, logo, images and site content belong to The Good Life Collective. HOO marks belong to their owner.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Good Life Collective is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Clinical services are the responsibility of the licensed providers and pharmacies that deliver them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
