General
What is The Good Life Collective?
The Good Life Collective is an online wellness, aesthetics and women's health service for adults in Florida and Georgia, founded by Monya and Nathaniel Love. A licensed provider reviews your online visit and, if appropriate, prescribes a program such as semaglutide, tirzepatide, NAD+, sermorelin, menopause hormone therapy or GHK-Cu cream. Results vary.
Which states do you serve?
Florida and Georgia. You confirm your state at the start of your online visit, and a provider licensed in that state reviews it.
Do I need a prescription?
Yes. Every program starts with an online visit, and a licensed provider decides whether a prescription is appropriate. Some people are not eligible, and the provider may suggest other care.
How much does it cost?
Every price is on each program page and the pricing page. Monthly prices include the online visit, provider review, medication and shipping. Semaglutide is $195 a month and tirzepatide is $259 a month at every dose. Most programs also offer a 3-month plan at 10% off three monthly payments.
Do you take insurance?
No. The Good Life Collective is self-pay. HSA and FSA cards may be accepted for eligible care, so check with your plan.
Are compounded medications FDA-approved?
No. Compounded medications, such as compounded semaglutide, tirzepatide, NAD+ and GHK-Cu cream, are prepared by a state-licensed 503A pharmacy for you individually. They are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review their safety, effectiveness or quality before they are dispensed.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel or pause anytime from your account or by emailing support@tglcwellness.com before your next billing date. Medication that has already been dispensed cannot be returned.
Who founded The Good Life Collective?
Monya Love and Nathaniel Love, co-founders, based in Suwanee, Georgia.
Does The Good Life Collective provide medical care itself?
No. Care is provided by independent licensed providers, and prescriptions are filled by licensed US pharmacies, through the HOO telehealth platform.
Weight management
How much is semaglutide at The Good Life Collective?
Semaglutide is $195 a month at every dose, including the online visit, licensed provider review, medication, supplies and shipping. You pay only if a provider prescribes it.
Can I get semaglutide online in Florida?
Yes. Adults in Florida can start an online visit with The Good Life Collective, and a provider licensed in Florida decides whether compounded semaglutide is appropriate.
Can I get semaglutide online in Georgia?
Yes. Adults in Georgia can complete an online visit, and a provider licensed in Georgia reviews it and decides whether semaglutide is right for them.
Is compounded semaglutide the same as brand-name semaglutide?
No. Compounded semaglutide is prepared by a state-licensed 503A pharmacy for an individual patient and is not FDA-approved. Brand-name products are FDA-approved and made by their manufacturer. Your provider explains the difference in your visit.
What dose of semaglutide will I start on?
Your licensed provider decides. Most plans start low and increase every few weeks to limit stomach side effects. Doses on this program run from 0.25 mg to 2.5 mg weekly.
Does the price go up when my dose goes up?
No. Semaglutide is one price, $195 a month, at every dose your provider prescribes.
How is semaglutide given?
It is a small injection under the skin once a week, in the stomach, thigh or upper arm. Your pharmacy label shows the exact amount, and your care team can walk you through it.
What are the most common side effects of semaglutide?
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation and stomach pain are the most common, especially when starting or increasing the dose. Eating smaller meals and stopping when full often helps. Tell your care team if they do not settle.
How long before I notice a difference on semaglutide?
It varies. Many people notice less appetite within the first weeks, while weight changes build over months as the dose increases. Results vary, and your provider tracks progress with you.
How much is tirzepatide at The Good Life Collective?
Tirzepatide is $259 a month at every dose, including the online visit, provider review, medication, supplies and shipping.
What is the difference between semaglutide and tirzepatide?
Semaglutide acts on one gut hormone receptor, GLP-1. Tirzepatide acts on two, GIP and GLP-1. In separate clinical trials of the brand-name versions, tirzepatide produced greater average weight loss, but your provider chooses based on your history, goals and side effects.
Can I switch from semaglutide to tirzepatide?
Possibly. Tell your provider in your online visit or message your care team. Your provider decides whether to switch and what dose to start, since doses are not interchangeable.
Is compounded tirzepatide the same as brand-name tirzepatide?
No. Compounded tirzepatide is prepared by a state-licensed 503A pharmacy for an individual patient and is not FDA-approved.
Does tirzepatide affect birth control pills?
Yes, it can make birth control pills less effective for about 4 weeks after starting and after each dose increase. Ask your provider about a backup method.
What tirzepatide doses do you offer?
From 2.5 mg up to 15 mg weekly, at one price of $259 a month. Your provider sets and adjusts the dose.
What is microdosing a GLP-1?
It means using a lower weekly dose than standard weight-loss doses, such as 0.2 mg semaglutide or 1.5 mg tirzepatide. Research on low-dose use is limited, and a provider decides whether it fits you.
How much is a microdose GLP-1 plan?
Microdose semaglutide is $159 a month and microdose tirzepatide is $199 a month, including the visit, provider review, medication and shipping.
Will a microdose work as well as a full dose?
You should not expect the same results as full weight-loss doses. Results vary, and a microdose is a different, gentler approach your provider can discuss with you.
Are there GLP-1 options without needles?
Yes. Sublingual tirzepatide drops are a needle-free compounded option placed under the tongue. Their absorption has not been studied in published trials, so a provider decides whether they suit you.
How much are sublingual tirzepatide drops?
Tirzepatide drops are $189 a month for 2.5 mg daily and $239 a month for 5 mg daily.
What is in a lipotropic MIC + B12 injection?
Methionine, inositol and choline, combined with vitamin B12. It is compounded by a state-licensed pharmacy.
Do lipotropic injections help with weight loss?
Evidence that lipotropic injections cause weight loss is limited. Vitamin B12 is essential for energy metabolism and red blood cells, and this program is a provider-guided add-on, not a weight-loss treatment on its own.
Wellness and longevity
How much is NAD+ at The Good Life Collective?
NAD+ is $199 a month as an injection (1000 mg in 10 mL) or $189 a month as a nasal spray (150 mg/mL), including the visit, provider review, medication and shipping.
NAD+ injection or nasal spray: which is better?
Neither has been proven better. Injections deliver a measured amount under the skin, while the nasal spray is needle-free. Your provider helps you choose based on comfort and goals.
What does NAD+ do?
NAD+ is a coenzyme every cell uses to turn food into energy and to repair DNA. Levels fall with age in some tissues. Human studies of NAD+ therapy are early, so no specific result is promised.
Does NAD+ make you feel flushed?
It can. Flushing, nausea, headache and chest tightness are reported, especially when injected quickly. Tell your care team if effects bother you.
What is sermorelin?
Sermorelin is a peptide that mimics growth hormone releasing hormone, prompting your pituitary gland to release your own growth hormone.
How much is sermorelin?
Sermorelin is $189 a month for a 3 mg/mL, 5 mL vial, including the visit, provider review, medication, supplies and shipping.
When is sermorelin usually injected?
Usually at bedtime, as a small injection under the skin, because the body naturally releases growth hormone during sleep. Follow your label.
Is sermorelin FDA-approved?
A brand-name sermorelin was once FDA-approved and was later discontinued by its maker. The compounded sermorelin prescribed here is not FDA-approved.
What is glutathione?
Glutathione is an antioxidant your body makes from three amino acids. It helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
How much is glutathione?
The glutathione injection is $139 a month and the nasal spray is $145 a month, including the visit, provider review, medication and shipping.
Does glutathione lighten skin?
This program is not offered for skin lightening or detox. Evidence for those uses is weak, and the FDA has warned about glutathione skin-lightening products.
Skin
What is GHK-Cu cream?
A prescription cream containing GHK-Cu, a small copper peptide found naturally in the body that has been studied for collagen and skin repair.
How much is GHK-Cu cream?
GHK-Cu cream 2% is $159 a month and 4% is $209 a month for a 30 g jar, including the visit, provider review, cream and shipping.
Can I use GHK-Cu with retinol or vitamin C?
Many people do, at different times of day. Ask your provider, especially if your skin is sensitive, and always use daily sunscreen.
2% or 4% GHK-Cu: which should I choose?
Your licensed provider decides. Many start at 2%, and 4% is used at the provider's discretion.
